BOOKING Policy

I'm interested in your services for my wedding.  What are the next steps?
  1. Fill out the inquiry form on the contact page.

  2. Exchange emails to get all the info needed and questions answered.

  3. Setup an appointment for a trial session prior to pre-booking OR you can choose to pre-book before a trial session if you want to secure your date fast!

  4. Decide if you want to book for the day-of after your trial session.

  5. Let's book it!  I will send you the booking contract and invoice and we will be all set once I receive the signed copies back from you with the deposit to fully secure the date. YAY!

How far in advance should I book my wedding?

During wedding seasons (April-October), most brides would book 7 months to 1 year in advance.  Non-wedding seasons could be booked 6 months in advance.

What is required to pre-book for my wedding?

To fully secure your wedding date, you are required to sign a contract agreement form and place a non-refundable deposit for the day-of services only.  The remaining balance could be paid prior to or on the day-of event. 

I may consider adding my bridal party and/or moms for services.  How will that work with the booking procedure?

When you decide to pre-book for your wedding, an estimated headcount for the total day-of services is recommended so that I will be able to secure availability with my team artists and/or stylists ahead of time.  Once the wedding is booked, you have up to 2 weeks prior to the wedding date to cancel any services.  However, you may add additional services anytime before the day-of event as long as it complies with both (client & artist) schedules.

What if I need to postpone or cancel (due to personal or COVID-19 reasons) after I already pre-booked?

Under any circumstances that the event date must be postponed due to COVID-19 reasons under the state/county law, the Company will be able to postpone the event date without any penalty due to the Client. If the new postponed date interferes with another booked event from the Company, another artist from the Company will be able to accommodate the Client. If for any reason the new postponed event date does not align with the Company’s schedule, other artists/stylists (outside of the Company) will be recommended to the Client; only then will the deposit be refunded back to the Client.  However, we are unable to refund the deposit if you decide to cancel the event due to any personal reason(s).
